Skills
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation

- Experience with BI and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate findings to senior leaders
- Bias toward action, automation, and urgent ownership
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve Starlink customer experience and product performance through technical analysis, prioritization, and implementation
- Identify engineering and product defects in the user experience and drive operational fixes
- Use end-user metrics to uncover drivers of KPIs (e.g., customer lifetime value) and implement global improvements
- Develop, operationalize, and action on predictive models to identify retention issues and opportunities
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate engagement and retention changes
- Collaborate with engineering, customer support, finance, legal, and supply chain to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Provide leadership updates on performance, risks, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data
- Document tools and dashboards, train stakeholders, and assist with troubleshooting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field
- Preferred: quantitative dual degree in engineering and economics/business or equivalent professional experience
