Could be a little chaotic at times.In 2020, we launched 4 Employee Resources Groups (ERG) - Prism (LGBTQ+ ERG), Black@ZD, Asian ERG, Mezcla (Latinx ERG), and relaunched the Women’s Leadership Program (WLP) under our new ERG framework. The leadership teams and their members have done an outstanding job with helping shape employee policies, creating communities, bringing awareness to social issues, partnering with HR on inclusive hiring efforts, and much more. We were thrilled to award the current ERG leadership team with a 2021 Achievement Award in the category of Purpose for their work last year.
In 2022, we launched a new ERG, Family ERG. This group will act as a forum in which to share experiences and resources for working parents, caregivers, friends, and family members at Ziff Davis who are involved in any way with caregiving and family life.
