  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through

Grower Experience & Customer Service

  • Maintain regular communication with growers, farm managers, and internal teams to support a positive, responsive grower experience
  • Responsible for customer service inquiries, issue tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor feedback from surveys or service interactions to help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support CRM updates and documentation to keep grower information organized and accessible
  • Oversee daily operations of the grower store, ensuring products and supplies are available to meet grower needs
