Responsibilities
- Engage with bank and fintech executives and key decision makers to generate and advance opportunities
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies for bank partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for assigned bank partners
- Manage a named account list and create plans to win and expand business within the bank channel
- Lead complex negotiations and craft bespoke commercial agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, marketing, finance, customer success, product, and engineering
- Contribute to building and refining the bank sales process and team operating model
- Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to represent Treasury Prime
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus but not required
