Engent (Electronics Subsidiary)

Engent is the premier leader in Advanced SMT and Micro Electronic Manufacturing Services. Incorporated in 2003, Engent acquired the assets of Siemens Dematic Assembly Systems Inc’s Advanced Assembly Technology (AAT) Center in Atlanta, Georgia, transforming it into a one-of-a-kind contract manufacturing services provider. In September 2012, ENGENT became an operating subsidiary of H.B. Fuller (NYSE: FUL), a global adhesives solutions provider in the fast-growing electronics market.

As a client-facing Program/Account Manager, you will be integral to fulfilling this mission, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed customer expectations, and empowering customers to make impactful contributions to the world.

The ideal Program/Account Manager - Microelectronics candidate is passionate, organized, and disciplined, with the highest levels of integrity. They excel in planning and managing all aspects of a project, including budget, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across all teams both internal and external. This individual is proactive in anticipating and addressing potential challenges to ensure seamless project deliveries that delight customers and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include

  • Plan, monitor, and control projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceeding managed customer expectations.

  • Manage relationships to grow select accounts, serving as the primary interface from RFQ through delivery.

  • Drive programs for select accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4-year college degree

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience; related industry and B2B experience

  • Experience in electronics contract manufacturing

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.

  • Attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and delighting customers.

  • ERP system experience

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Requirement

  • 4 year college degree in business, marketing, or engineering  

  • Custom contract manufacturing experience

  • Experience managing new product introductions, new process development, and volume production  

  • Project management and Gantt chart experience

  • Experience quoting electronics manufacturing

  • Technical Sales experience  

  • Micro-electronics experience

This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require H.B. Fuller sponsorship of a work visa to work for H.B. Fuller.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.

In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays. Eligibility may vary.
