Digital Project Manager
SmartPTT is in search of an experienced Digital Project Manager to oversee and drive our digital initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing digital projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and report on progress, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project status.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and digital strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the digital space, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content management systems, and web technologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
