Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Core Tech engineering team to deliver reliable engine systems, tools, and frameworks.
- Own technical direction and execution for core engine work in Unreal Engine 5.
- Contribute hands-on to architecture and implementation where it has the most impact.
- Plan work, manage priorities, and partner with production to drive predictability and address risks.
- Champion performance, scalability, and technical health across platforms and consoles.
- Collaborate with design, art, production, and engineering leaders to translate creative goals into technical solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (Masters) considered a plus but not required
