Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Mission Agents)
Skills
- Expertise with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Tailwind for front-end and full-stack development.
- Strong Python experience for backend and AI/agent integrations.
- Experience with Postgres and AWS for scalable production systems.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating agents using frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Agno, Pydantic AI).
- Prior product-facing experience working closely with end users and stakeholders.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one; willingness to travel for user engagement and testing.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship an agent-powered mission console using TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with customers, mission owners, designers, and engineers to understand workflows and deliver AI-enabled solutions.
- Define and shape the user surface where agents enable decision-making and mission outcomes.
- Implement and maintain robust agentic workflows and pipelines that operate at mission scale.
- Instrument, test, and iterate on systems with user feedback; travel to users as needed to collect feedback and debug issues.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Graduate degree (Master's) in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
