Customer Success Associate (US)

Workera builds a skills intelligence platform that helps organizations understand, mobilize, and develop talent for the AI era. The Customer Success Associate is the execution engine of the Customer organization, responsible for end-to-end onboarding and program delivery, driving adoption, and scaling delivery through systems and AI to ensure consistent, high-quality deployments for enterprise customers.

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or program delivery for SaaS/enterprise customers.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management across complex, multi-party engagements.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and automation platforms to redesign workflows.
  • Ability to create repeatable processes, playbooks, and operational documentation.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution for enterprise customers, ensuring deployments launch on time and meet defined success criteria (activation, engagement, time to value).
  • Drive customer adoption and progression through key milestones, proactively removing friction and escalating risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery (Account Management, Skills Strategy, Sales, Tech, Support) to meet customer commitments.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, templates, and automations to convert repeatable work into scalable systems.
  • Increase delivery leverage to support more customers with improved consistency and reduced manual effort.
  • Measure and report on launch speed, customer activation, progression metrics, and efficiency gains from automation.

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in project management, customer success, or product adoption are a plus.
