- Allianz Pride: Allianz Pride is the global LGBT employee network. It supports Allianz in standing proudly for an LGBT inclusive work environment and society.
- AllAbility: The AllAbility network aims to raise awareness on the topic of disability within the company, ensure that all Allianz workplaces are free of barriers, and promote Allianz internally and externally as an attractive employer for people with a disability.
- Allianz NEO: Allianz NEO is a global employee network that evolved from women’s networks across the Group. Because to achieve gender balance and equality, men need to be part of the discussion.
- Allianz Grace: The network's mission is to raise awareness and understanding on the topic of racial equality, to actively create a level playing field and promote active engagement against racial discrimination.
