- Experience creating and governing reference architectures for distributed, software-defined systems
- Proficiency with systems modeling tools and model-based systems engineering concepts
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and management skills
- Technical knowledge of data fabrics, tactical communications/networking, and C2 integration
- Proven stakeholder management, communication, and consensus-building abilities
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and transitioning prototypes to production
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI
Responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate the full Mission Engineering process for the NGC2 program to ensure operational relevance and producibility.
- Develop, govern, and maintain a comprehensive reference architecture for a software-defined distributed C2 system.
- Define program requirements and translate operational needs into reusable core services and shared components.
- Engage and synthesize input from government, industry, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity.
- Synchronize systems engineering activities across government, industry partners, and internal teams to ensure coherent integration and system integrity.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field (required)
- Advanced degree in a related field (preferred)
