Regional Sales Director

BridgeBio is a mission-driven biotech company that accelerates development of medicines for rare and genetic diseases using a pooled, risk-reducing model. We are seeking an experienced, strategic Regional Sales Director to build and lead a high-performing, compliant sales force to execute product launches (including Infigratinib) and achieve sustained commercial growth across assigned U.S. geographies.

Skills

  • Proven sales leadership and team-building experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech
  • Demonstrated product launch and commercialization track record
  • Deep knowledge of rare/ultra-rare disease or genetic/heritage markets
  • Strong account strategy and complex customer analysis skills
  • KOL engagement and stakeholder influence
  • Data-driven decision making and commercial analytics
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people development skills
  • Comfort adopting AI-powered tools to improve productivity
  • Willingness to travel extensively (>50%)

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and performance-manage a high-performing regional sales team with end-to-end ownership.
  • Drive launch readiness and execute commercialization plans for Infigratinib from pre-launch through post-approval.
  • Set and monitor regional KPIs, review metrics with National Sales Director, and adjust tactics to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans; analyze complex accounts and map processes to prioritize opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and customers in partnership with Medical Affairs and Marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with National Sales Director and home office partners to align regional and national strategies.
  • Model and enforce a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical behavior across the team.
  • Travel frequently (>50%) to support team development, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (science, business, or related field preferred)
  • Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MS, or related) preferred but not required
