Skills
- Working knowledge of card-linking technology or transaction-based marketing programs.
- Experience creating sales and account management collateral (pitch decks, case studies, playbooks).
- Strong problem-solving and creative solution design within technical constraints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and finance teams.
- Organizational ability to manage multiple partner relationships and campaigns concurrently.
- Familiarity with card-linked platforms (e.g., Cardlytics, Figg, Rewards Network) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships and lifecycle for restaurants participating in card-linked offer programs.
- Translate partner business objectives into targeted card-linked campaign strategies and creative solutions.
- Develop and maintain sales and account management collateral, onboarding guides, playbooks, and reporting templates.
- Serve as subject matter expert for internal teams; conduct training and support sales/account calls and presentations.
- Coordinate with card-linking platform vendors, data partners, and engineering to ensure seamless delivery and resolve issues.
- Design campaigns within platform technical parameters and track campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
- Diagnose campaign setup, redemption, transaction-matching, reporting, and billing issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Document recurring issues, contribute to SOPs and knowledge base, and monitor program health metrics.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
