Responsibilities
- Communicate and implement strategic business initiatives across the Studio
- Manage the President’s calendar, priorities, and preparation for meetings, clients, and productions
- Attend meetings on behalf of the President and distill action items and follow-ups
- Project manage cross-company programs, launch workstreams, and coordinate executive partners
- Oversee systems and deliverables to ensure administrative compliance across the Studio
- Support and advance deal negotiations and prepare materials for executive review
- Supervise creation and refinement of creative materials, pitch decks, screenplays, and production documents
- Review production plans, budgets, business proposals, and pending deals for accuracy and readiness
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Relevant industry training or certifications a plus
