Our Assistant Manager (ACSM) is responsible for leading our front of house team on creating an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all EWC Growth core values are consistently applied. As a member of the center leadership team, you will partner with the Center Sales Director to drive KPI's + sales through guest acquisition, retention, retail product sales, and team development.
