Creative Recruiter

What you’ll do

  • Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more)
  • Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate
  • Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle
  • Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships
  • Consistently attend industry networking events
  • Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment

What you bring

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Marketing/creative knowledge a huge plus — not required

Compensation & Upside

  • In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $40,000-60,000/year depending upon experience, along with commission-based earnings
  • Clear performance metrics and fast ramp to earning commission
  • Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and results
