Senior Director, Account Management

Jumio is a leading B2B technology company focused on identity verification, eKYC and AML solutions using AI, biometrics and machine learning. The Senior Director of Account Management will lead and develop a high-caliber account management organization to drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells and revenue growth across Mid-Market and Enterprise customers while minimizing churn and expanding product adoption.

Skills

  • Proven success managing and scaling account or sales teams
  • Experience driving $50M+ ARR growth within existing customers
  • Track record negotiating and closing Enterprise deals ($5M+ ACV)
  • Strong C-level relationship building across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Data-driven performance management and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering and marketing
  • Prospecting and opportunity qualification skills
  • Ability to manage 3–6 month sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a regional account management team including hiring, onboarding, training and ongoing development
  • Drive renewals, up-sells and cross-sells to achieve revenue targets and expand ARR within existing Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Develop long-term account plans and strategies for strategic accounts in assigned regions
  • Mentor senior and junior team members, establish best practices and performance metrics
  • Identify at-risk accounts and execute closed-loop retention strategies via Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate roadmaps, track feature requests and ensure client-driven priorities are addressed
  • Work with Global VP to uncover strategic business development opportunities and craft pitch approaches
  • Lead forecasting, financial planning and reporting to represent account progress and opportunities
  • Create integrated marketing and account-based plans to drive adoption and customer success
  • Improve or introduce processes that enhance team performance and client outcomes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
  • Relevant professional experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
