Responsibilities
- Own the deployment timeline and maintain a living record of internal and external commitments
- Translate product solutions into precise engineering tickets and manage Jira boards
- Coordinate the three-person leadership pod (Strategic Account Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager) to sequence and deliver work
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to meet milestones and launch dates
- Automate operational workflows using modern tooling (AI, Zapier, scripts, advanced Jira automations)
- Run stand-ups, status reporting, and stakeholder communications for enterprise customers
- Proactively identify blockers and unblock teams to maintain engineering velocity
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant coursework or certifications in project management or product/technical disciplines preferred
