Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support, Customer Success) to deliver seamless deployments
- Own and improve Time to Value (TTV) metrics and related implementation timelines
- Manage risk and escalations, pulling in appropriate technical and organizational resources
- Deliver engaging training sessions and monitor adoption metrics to drive usage
- Document project status, maintain accurate implementation documentation, and contribute to knowledge base
- Support clean handoffs to post-sale teams with complete context and documentation
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities observed during onboarding
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications in project management or training are a plus
- Continuing education or coursework in healthcare practice management is beneficial
