Employee Relations Specialist
O2B Early Education is committed to creating a positive workplace environment for all employees, and we are currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering positive employee relationships and addressing any workplace concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address their concerns and inquiries
- Facilitate open communication between employees and management
- Conduct investigations regarding employee complaints and provide feedback and recommendations for resolutions
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Support training sessions related to employee relations topics for staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions and resolutions
- Promote a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and events
- Contribute to the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in employee relations or HR support role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee rights
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
