Senior Product Operations Manager
Skills
- 4+ years in operations, implementation, product, or technical support roles
- Experience administering or building technical systems end-to-end (CRM, ticketing, automation library)
- Comfort working with messy, unstructured vendor data and performing data QA
- Basic Python and SQL for data cleaning, transformation, and validation
- Experience building multi-step automations in Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Salesforce administration experience, including picklists and workflow impacts
- Dashboarding experience (Tableau preferred) for operational metrics
- Experience producing technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity administering ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira
Responsibilities
- Manage recurring vendor data intake (enrollment reports, utilization files) and validate completeness and accuracy
- Partner with Analytics and Engineering to design and maintain automated vendor integration pipelines
- Identify and investigate data anomalies and coordinate root-cause resolution with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain data transformation logic (Python/SQL) to clean, reshape, and validate files before loading downstream
- Own Salesforce updates for vendor enrollment status, picklists, and program tracking fields
- Consult with RevOps on workflow dependencies and support rollout of CongaSign and Salesforce automations
- Build and maintain operational dashboards (Tableau) tracking enrollments, eligibility, and utilization
- Create and distribute regular reports and MCCI survey results to stakeholders
- Build and maintain no-code/low-code automations (Make, Zapier) and document automation logic
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and a centralized wiki for vendor configurations and troubleshooting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
- Comfortable with professional experience substituting for formal education
