Qualifications: Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience in HR, Talent Management, or related fields, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources, with a Master’s Degree preferred.
Location: This is a remote role within the USA, but applicants within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.

This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, People Analytics, HR Technology, and business leaders to deliver high-impact, data-informed talent programs that are scalable and aligned to business priorities. The Talent Development Manager operates with strong independence, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complexity into streamlined, repeatable solutions.

Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $83,600 - $110,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
