Location: The job is based in Denver, CO, with significant travel required within the Mountain West territory as well as occasional overnight stays.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $110,000.
Savvas Learning Company is seeking a K-12 Humanities Curriculum Specialist that will cover our Mountain West territory, which includes Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, Utah, South Dakota, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. The Curriculum Specialist (CS) will work in close partnership with Curriculum Specialist Managers and Account Managers throughout the territory. As a Humanities content specialist, the CS will partner directly with market sales and product management teams to support the sales process, from prospect to close, and to advance Savvas Learning Company products, services, and solutions in the Mountain West market. To support this process, the Curriculum Specialist will develop and maintain ongoing relationships with school, state, regional, and/or district decision makers in the Mountain West and share expertise in company offerings, pedagogy, and the competitive environment. Following the sales cycle, the Curriculum Specialist is also responsible for post-sales support and activation.
Ideal candidates will reside in Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Portland, OR or Seattle, WA.
