Women's IRG - The Women's Inclusion Resource Group (WIRG) celebrates women employees of Sutter Health in every department at every level.  Inclusive Resource Groups, like the WIRG, promote a culture and create experiences that also support us in driving high-quality, inclusive care.  The WIRG is open to all, providing opportunities for training, peer support, and promoting professional development.
