Senior GTM Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years in technical revenue operations, GTM engineering, or similar technical RevOps role.
- Strong Salesforce proficiency, including understanding of the data model and DML operations.
- Hands-on experience with enrichment and workflow automation platforms and multi-source enrichment strategies.
- Strong SQL skills for complex analysis and data validation.
- API and integration experience (REST, webhooks, custom connectors).
- Python scripting for enrichment logic, data manipulation, and automation.
- Familiarity with product analytics and event pipelines (e.g., Segment) to map behavioral signals to CRM workflows.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Data, and Business Systems teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation systems spanning developer sign-up, account research, contact discovery, opportunity management, and customer health monitoring.
- Embed with sales, marketing, and technical services teams to audit processes, shadow workflows, map handoffs, and translate insights into automated solutions.
- Author and run workflows on Temporal Cloud to orchestrate interactions across distributed data stores, services, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with Security, Data & Analytics, and Business Systems to define data sources, ensure data integrity, and maintain high security standards.
- Make build-vs-buy recommendations and integrate custom solutions with existing GTM systems where appropriate.
- Educate GTM teams on best practices for using AI in their day-to-day work and partner with GTM Enablement to scale adoption.
- Define, instrument, and measure success metrics for every system built; iterate rapidly based on data and stakeholder feedback.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications or hands-on training in data, analytics, or systems integration are a plus.
