Project Manager II (Professional Services)
Skills
- 5+ years managing complex technical projects and multi-tier engagements.
- Proficiency with project tooling (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana) and CRM/data tools (Salesforce, Looker, Omni).
- Experience with UAT, change management, and project risk mitigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication tailored to different audiences and stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Professional Services engagements against defined Statements of Work, from kickoff through UAT and project closure.
- Own project timelines, communications, change management, and risk mitigation for multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver prescriptive onboarding and account health plans for Enterprise customers.
- Proactively identify and unblock technical barriers between customers and engineering teams.
- Produce tailored progress reports and stakeholder updates highlighting risks, milestones, and next steps.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as product betas, data projects, and large-scale migrations to improve PS processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or similar is a plus.
