Responsibilities
- Attend sales and scoping meetings; develop project plans for lab moves, decontamination, closures, and disposal
- Facilitate proposal development and support technical writing for field service projects
- Oversee execution of field service projects to ensure safety, compliance, budget, and schedule adherence
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal TEI stakeholders throughout projects
- Track purchase orders, schedules, project variances, and support change order discussions
- Support invoicing through review and approvals and assist account/service managers as needed
- Organize and coordinate multiple service groups and internal department meetings
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., OSHA 40-Hour)
