We are looking for a startup minded, accomplished Contract Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully building teams (Ideally 0 to 1) The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of consumer market trends, the nutrition and health & wellness landscape.

What You'll do

● Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients

● Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linkedin and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies

● Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally

● Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice

● Your focus will be recruiting great people across technical disciplines

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions

● Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals

● Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates, skills, experience, and cultural fit

● Maintain and manage a candidate database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate progress

● Provide regular updates on recruitment status and market trends

● Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates

● Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate’s experience

● Maintain ATS (Lever)

Requirements

● Start up experience is a must

● 10 plus years of experience

● Full cycle recruiting experience

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated

● You communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
