About the Vice-President, Member Value Position
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Vice-President, Member Value owns the full member value equation from new product and program adoption economics to retention and ARPU optimization. This role partners cross-functionally to improve cost-to-serve, guide build/buy/partner decisions, and ensure every investment drives sustained member and enterprise value. This role directly shapes revenue performance, capital allocation, and long-term value creation across our member base. The Vice-President, Member Value provides strategic leadership member-focused teams, champions innovation, and is deeply committed to delivering impactful, member-centered services.

The starting salary for this role is $205,000.00 - $225,000.00 annually and as part of our commitment to pay transparency and equity in our organization, the salary for this position is not negotiable.
