Agency Relationship Manager

The Agency Relationship Manager will establish, maintain, and grow strategic partnerships with enterprise recruitment and advertising agencies to drive platform utilization, demonstrate product value, and increase revenue through consultative, data-driven account management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive account analysis to understand contacts, org structure, initiatives, budgets, and performance trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency decision-makers (AEs, AMs, directors) as the primary strategic contact.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow agency relationships and increase platform utilization.
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and data teams to deliver coordinated solutions and trainings.
  • Engage subject matter experts for technical discussions, product presentations, and onboarding as needed.
  • Provide market insight and competitive analysis to inform strategy and product improvements.
  • Track activity metrics, maintain sales forecasts, and report progress, challenges, and opportunities to sales leadership.
  • Lead, delegate, and hold team members accountable while demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
  • Travel as required (up to 50%) for client meetings, trainings, and industry events.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant industry training or certifications a plus (sales, advertising, recruitment)
