Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly team goals, guiding engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems to production-ready outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics during ideation to articulate technical constraints and partner on risk-informed trade-offs.
- Design, implement and ship AI-enabled prototypes and production features across backend and frontend stacks.
- Create and monitor operational metrics, support availability, and participate in on-call/keep-the-lights-on activities.
- Establish and promote code review, design standards, and engineering best practices across the team.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent through feedback, technical guidance, and example.
