Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion ensuring all client requirements are met.

- Develop event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events operate within allocated budget.
- Create detailed event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure smooth event execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and increase attendance.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role within event planning or hospitality.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
