Skills
- 4+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience with proven hiring results.
- Strong technical acumen around hardware development and modern technology stacks.
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing toolsets.
- Data-driven mindset to analyze sourcing effectiveness and iterate on workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and candidate engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, market research, and social platforms to find passive and active technical candidates.
- Engage candidates with tailored outreach and build meaningful relationships to drive interest and conversion.
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for hardware, systems, and related technical roles.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine strategies and improve pipeline quality and velocity.
Education
- Not strictly required; equivalent experience in technical sourcing/recruiting accepted.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory.
