The Talent Development Manager leads CareOregon’s enterprise learning framework and oversees the development of accessible, engaging, and equitable talent development experiences. This role ensures employees have clear pathways for growth, partners with leaders to support skill development aligned with organizational priorities, and manages the systems, programs, and team that enable a high-performing learning culture. Primary duties include technical leadership, operations, planning, and people management.Estimated Hiring Range:
