Senior Executive Administrator

Convera, a leading non-bank B2B cross-border payments company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Administrator to support the Go-To-Market executive leader. The role requires an experienced administrator who can manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate travel and events, produce high-quality executive communications, and drive cross-functional rhythm and follow-through for a fast-moving global GTM organization.

Skills

  • Proven complex calendar management across time zones
  • Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience arranging domestic and international travel and expense reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • High discretion handling confidential information
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management and coordination

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendar across multiple time zones and prioritize competing requests
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track follow-ups and action items
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, visas (if needed), and expense reporting
  • Act as liaison with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Operations stakeholders
  • Plan and support GTM leadership rhythms including QBRs, offsites, and strategic planning sessions
  • Draft, edit, and format executive-level communications, presentations, and reports
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and exercise strong judgment
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative workflows
  • Support special cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience
