CreatorIQ is seeking a strategic, revenue-driven Partner Manager to build, activate, and scale our ecosystem of technology and agency partners. This quota-bearing role sits at the heart of our co-sell motion, working closely with top global partners across our technology, data, and agency partner ecosystem to bring CreatorIQ’s industry-leading creator marketing platform into more customer conversations.
As an early hire on the Strategic Alliances team, you will have the opportunity to build and own end-to-end partner enablement, relationship development, pipeline creation, and joint selling. You’ll collaborate directly with CreatorIQ Account Executives to accelerate deal cycles, unlock new revenue opportunities, and drive expansion with customers who benefit from a combined tech or agency partnership solution. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Partnerships Officer.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Partner Activation & Growth
Own revenue quota tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Develop, deepen, and manage strategic relationships across our partner ecosystem - technology, data, agency, and consultancy. .
Build structured partner enablement programs, including training, certification, pitch materials, and shared value messaging.
Joint Selling & Field Collaboration
Partner with CreatorIQ Account Executives to identify co-sell opportunities and strategically engage partner AEs.
Drive field-level “sell-with” motions: lead partner introductions, participate in joint customer calls, develop coordinated account plans, and accelerate funnel progression.
Serve as the primary CreatorIQ liaison to large partner sales organizations (e.g. 300+ global AEs) to train, motivate, and activate them.
Go-to-Market & Pipeline Generation
Activate partners to bring CreatorIQ into new and existing customer conversations around integrated offerings.
Build forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to show partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Strategy, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to define and refine joint value propositions.
Develop partner marketing programs, webinars, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and qualified opportunities.
Provide structured feedback to internal teams on partner needs, competitive insights, and joint product opportunities.
Contribute to CreatorIQ’s partner strategy roadmap, including new alliance selection, partner tiering, and operationalizing scalable co-sell motions.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
10+ years experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or enterprise SaaS sales with a quota.
Proven success driving revenue through co-sell motions with technology or agency partners.
Experience partnering with or selling into large, global organizations (agency holding companies a plus).
Strong sales acumen—including discovery, positioning, negotiation, and pipeline management.
Excellent relationship-building skills with technical, commercial, and executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and build new programs from scratch.
Strong communication, presentation, and enablement skills—especially training large field teams.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Social Suite & Analytics, or Creator Marketing ecosystems.
Background working with enterprise agencies or media holding companies.
Global partnership experience.
