Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for GTM-wide initiatives including scoping, planning, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Design and execute change management strategies, adoption plans, training, and feedback loops for front-line GTM teams
- Partner with Sales Ops, GTM PM, and Analytics to move initiatives from design through execution
- Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to provide operational visibility and support revenue objectives
- Generate regular and ad-hoc revenue and sales reporting, analyze trends, and surface opportunities
- Streamline revenue operations processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Develop detailed project plans (goals, success markers, ownership, milestones, communications) and drive execution
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain momentum and accountability
- Serve as liaison between GTM teams and IT/Business Systems to align on technical requirements and scope
- Measure post-launch performance, document outcomes, and identify areas for improvement
- Document business processes, data models, and implementations for consistency and knowledge sharing
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum, Prosci) are a plus
