The HR Coordinator will support the Eurofins Discovery Human Resources Team in various administrative tasks, projects and daily activities. This role requires knowledge of various Human Resources functions.

Here's what you'll do:

• Maintains and updates electronic records and personnel files in a secure and organized manner.
• Updates global new hire orientation and monthly townhall slide deck for Eurofins Discovery businesses. 
• Prepares, schedules and presents onboarding for new hires, processes new hire IT setup requests.
• Updates various HR weekly and monthly reports.
• Processes simple HRIS transactions in Oracle HCM including terminations, assignment changes and promotions. 
• Oversees the voluntary termination process.
• Tracks HR compliance trainings.
• Assists with administration of various HR trainings, processes and programs. 
• Responds to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and other HR-related matters and uses critical thinking to escalate complex compliance or employee relations matters to HR business partner. 
• Handles confidential information with care and integrity.
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Provides cross-functional support to other departments, as required
• Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines
• Adheres to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements

What we're looking for in the ideal candidate:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of human resources experience or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field and 0-2 years’ human resources experience.
• Experience in an office/professional setting.
• HRIS experience, preferably with Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with intermediate or advanced MS Excel proficiency
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred   
• Experience working with HR shared services preferred

Schedule:

• The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.
