Account Development Representative

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, powering discovery and group experiences across 55+ countries. Fever for Business brings Fever’s experiences to companies and institutions; we’re hiring an Account Development Representative to own pipeline and revenue for group tickets and privatised events, driving inbound qualification, targeted outbound outreach, and deal closure while iterating on data-driven sales plays.

Skills

  • Proven sales development or similar B2B sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and deal-closing ability
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
  • Comfort building outreach sequences and data-driven iteration
  • Ability to create pitch decks and compelling written sales materials
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Italian, German, Swedish, Dutch, Arabic) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate inbound and outbound pipeline for privatized events and group ticket requests
  • Qualify leads and manage full sales cycle from qualification to signature for group ticket deals
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain clean CRM records, accurate forecasts, and reliable pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales to align campaigns and share insights
  • Track and report KPI metrics (SQLs, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on data
  • Act as an ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture for corporate audiences

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Preferably degree from a top university or business school
