Sales Operations Manager

Figma is a fast-growing design platform that empowers teams to collaborate on product design, prototyping, and handoff. The Sales Operations Manager will partner with AMER Sales across segments to own forecasting, deliver insights, and scale revenue through both self-service and assisted sales motions.

Skills

  • Salesforce expertise
  • SQL proficiency for data analysis
  • BI tooling experience (specifically Sigma)
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
  • Strong executive presentation ability
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global/regional forecast owner and implement a repeatable, data-driven forecasting methodology
  • Manage regional operating activities and produce accurate, actionable insights for Sales and Finance leadership
  • Support Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing funnel trends, KPIs, and driving follow-up actions
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, incorporating AI/ML insights where applicable
  • Maintain data cleanliness and accuracy across sales systems and support operational reporting needs
  • Provide training and documentation to sales teams on systems, processes, and forecasting best practices

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus but not required
