Responsibilities
- Serve as the global/regional forecast owner and implement a repeatable, data-driven forecasting methodology
- Manage regional operating activities and produce accurate, actionable insights for Sales and Finance leadership
- Support Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing funnel trends, KPIs, and driving follow-up actions
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, incorporating AI/ML insights where applicable
- Maintain data cleanliness and accuracy across sales systems and support operational reporting needs
- Provide training and documentation to sales teams on systems, processes, and forecasting best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus but not required
