Strategic Partnership Manager

First Connect Insurance Services is a digital platform giving independent insurance agents access to 120+ carriers and consumer-grade technology to grow their businesses. We’re hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and expand key carrier and MGA relationships, drive quoting and binding across our agency base, and improve partner adoption and satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills

  • 5+ years in the insurance industry with experience managing carrier or MGA relationships
  • Strong account/key partnership management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Data-driven: ability to analyze performance metrics and surface actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable leading virtual meetings daily
  • Experience building campaigns and enablement materials to drive partner adoption
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of carrier and MGA partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement
  • Lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews (PBRs) and present performance insights
  • Design and deliver proactive campaigns (email, text, in-app) to drive partner adoption
  • Promote assigned carriers internally via trainings, appetite messaging, and visibility initiatives
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify high-potential agencies and improve placement
  • Analyze quote-to-bind trends to identify opportunities for premium lift
  • Partner with Product, Operations, and Marketing on workflow improvements and partner needs
  • Support partner expansions, new product rollouts, re-launch campaigns, and incentive programs
  • Maintain strong partner satisfaction and deliver a best-in-class partnership experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant insurance, business, or account management training or certifications a plus
