This role combines high-level strategy with operational execution, managing a team of regional partner managers while collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will develop repeatable, AI-enabled processes to identify, onboard, and scale partners, optimizing outcomes across multiple geographies. They will also establish frameworks for co-selling, certification, and quality assurance to maximize impact.
