Skills
- Knowledge of ADA, Sections 504/508, California Building Code, and IPC accessibility guidance.
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation.
- Ability to translate legal and technical accessibility concepts into practical guidance and materials.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and embedding accessibility into operational workflows.
- Familiarity with LMS, digital learning platforms, and knowledge management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for training development and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the accessibility training strategy for staff, volunteers, and delivery partners.
- Design scalable learning programs tailored to Functional Areas and Games-time roles with SMEs.
- Create and maintain accessibility toolkits, guidance documents, templates, and a central resources repository.
- Plan and lead organization-wide accessibility awareness campaigns and workshops.
- Integrate accessibility learning into onboarding and professional development with HR and Workforce.
- Collect and analyze accessibility training adoption metrics, participant feedback, and readiness outcomes.
- Maintain records of lessons learned and contribute to legacy and post-Games knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and manage public-facing accessibility inquiry processes, canned responses, and AI agent training.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Disability Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
Benefits
