Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. Since opening in 2011, we have partnered with over 2,500 providers throughout our 20+ locations in WA, OR, AZ, NV, CO and TX, and we are continuing to grow!

About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, known internally as the Senior Hiring Specialist owns the full-cycle inbound hiring process, ensuring a consistent, respectful, and values-aligned candidate experience while driving operational efficiency in a high-volume hiring environment. The role will track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to HR leadership to support process improvements. This is an individual contributor role partnering closely with managers and a Hiring Coordinator to execute and optimize the hiring process. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a positive approach to challenges. The Senior Hiring Specialist will proactively address workflow issues, maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment, and ensure candidates progress efficiently and equitably through the process.
