Director, Partnerships

Nimble Gravity is a data science and AI consulting firm seeking a revenue-focused Director of Partnerships to own and scale a key strategic partner relationship. The role requires translating partnership strategy into executable GTM initiatives, driving co-sell motions, building partner-driven pipeline, and aligning growth, delivery, and solutions teams to convert partnership activity into measurable revenue.

Skills

  • Proven success executing and monetizing strategic partnerships
  • Experience with co-sell motions and partner-influenced sales cycles
  • Strong knowledge of modern data and AI ecosystems (lakehouse, data platforms, cloud-native analytics)
  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture, data engineering, ML, and analytics workflows
  • Pipeline building, opportunity qualification, and revenue forecasting skills
  • Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment expertise
  • Ability to translate strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day and executive-level management of an established strategic partner relationship, including joint business planning and priorities.
  • Translate partnership strategy into actionable initiatives that create pipeline and revenue.
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities within the existing partner relationship and ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a partner-driven pipeline aligned to growth targets; lead opportunity qualification and deal support.
  • Co-develop and execute joint GTM plans, campaigns, events, and solution positioning with the partner.
  • Enable internal teams (sales, delivery, solutions) on partner capabilities, offerings, and sales plays.
  • Establish operating cadence (pipeline reviews, performance tracking) and serve as escalation point for partnership issues.
  • Partner with delivery and solutions teams to align offerings to partner-influenced opportunities and provide feedback to inform service development.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's) preferred but not required
