Responsibilities
- Design and execute PitchBook’s enterprise AI enablement strategy, including skills framework, persona-based learning paths, and applied use-case learning experiences
- Own, sustain, and evolve foundational employee development programs that onboard employees to company values and core competencies
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions such as workshops, self-directed resources, mentoring, and peer learning forums
- Partner with Leadership Development, Talent Management, HRBPs and business leaders to align capability building with team priorities and measure impact
- Enable managers with tools, guidance, and learning to coach skill growth and reinforce responsible AI use
- Define, track, and report success metrics for AI enablement and employee development initiatives using data and feedback
- Stay current on trends in L&D, AI enablement, and best practices for skills-based organizations
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and role-model company values and behaviors
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Ongoing professional development in L&D, talent development, or related fields encouraged
