We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Recruiter to help us scale the team behind the world's largest prediction market. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role where you'll own hiring across technical and business functions from sourcing to close.
You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to build pipelines, run structured interviews, and bring in exceptional people quickly. At Polymarket, recruiting isn't a support function - it's a strategic lever, and you'll be expected to operate with the urgency, judgment, and ownership that reflects that.
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and/or business roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and candidate profiles
Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
Run structured, high-signal interview processes from initial screen through offer
Maintain strong candidate experience while operating with urgency and precision
Drive offer processes, including compensation alignment and closing strategy
Track pipeline health and ensure accurate data in Ashby
Identify process inefficiencies and improve how we hire over time
5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or both)
Proven ability to close high-quality candidates in competitive markets
Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills
High judgment — able to quickly identify signal vs noise in candidates
Clear and concise communicator across candidates and internal stakeholders
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Experience working directly with hiring managers or senior leadership
High ownership mindset and attention to detail
Experience at a startup or high-growth company (a plus)
Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools (a plus)
Interest in crypto, markets, or fintech (a plus)
