Many of our top performers at Rite Window have surpassed the statewide average annual salary, earning between $70,000 and $90,000 as Retail Sales Associates by consistently following our proven sales process. While individual earnings vary, our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success!

About the Role
Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events.
Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and deepen your product knowledge.
Leverage this opportunity as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management.
Key Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
Open to traveling within the local market as needed
Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
