Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and compensation processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Support administration and maintenance of compensation structures, salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate with external payroll providers, tax advisors, and benefit vendors
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, communication, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, payroll data, and personnel documentation
- Support onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and status changes
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Prepare HR and payroll-related reports, support audits, and maintain internal controls
- Assist with workforce planning, headcount tracking, and labor cost analysis
- Collaborate with HRD and department leaders to align HR operations with organizational goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required
- HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
