Responsibilities
- Own partner lifecycle from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner leadership and operations teams
- Design and implement onboarding and enablement strategies tailored to partner needs
- Advocate for partners internally and deliver Voice of Customer insights to product, sales, and marketing
- Resolve commercial and product issues and negotiate partnership adjustments within Spark frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner satisfaction and reduce churn
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant industry training or certifications a plus (customer success, project management)
